India’s summers demand a functioning car AC as much as the engine itself. An AC that blows warm air at 42°C is not an inconvenience – it is a genuine health risk. Yet car AC systems are among the most neglected areas of regular maintenance. The result is a predictable pattern: AC works fine in winter, owners ignore it, summer arrives, and it fails at the worst possible moment. 1. AC Not Cooling – Most Common Complaint
